R.Pattz vs. Taylor: Who Works It Better?

http://images.eonline.com/eol_images/Entire_Site/20091109/425.lautner.pattinson.lc.110909.jpg

"It's not his thing. He's not always on like Taylor is."

Robert Pattinson insider, when asked if the hunky Edward would perhaps be pulling an SNL appearance, just like his arch Twi rival, Taylor Lautner, did recently. Well, it is a media question worth pondering, considering R.Pattz's Remember Me media tour's about to hit big.

Or is getting grilled by Barbara Walters on The View more Robert's movie-star speed?

"Yes," says Camp R.Pattz, "putting on a show like Taylor does, just isn't his thing. It's not what he does."

Quite unlike Taylor. Adds another superknowledgeable Rob-and-Taylor source: "That Taylor will do
anything, anything, for the press. He's been doing it since he was a kid. Rob doesn't pull that stuff."

Obviously, Mr. L's media-working persona is one that far better suits live television, which, according to some of our R.Pattz vets, isn't exactly where they want to show off the boy.

Leave that to Tay-babe, who knows a thing or two about perhaps not putting forth his more genuine side.

Robert Pattinson “Disturbing” Sex Scenes Interview is Complete “Fabrication”

http://www.gossipcop.com/wp-content/uploads/Robert-Pattinson23.jpg

Any comments attributed to Robert Pattinson are going to get huge attention, especially with regards to the highly anticipated Bel Ami he’s making with Uma Thurman, and especially if outlets can throw in the word “sex.”

“The sex scenes with Uma are kind of disturbing,” Pattinson is quoted as saying to The Daily Record. The comments were quickly (and not surprisingly) picked up everywhere. “[Thurman's character] kind of uses sex as a sort of weapon and my character thinks like an animal,” Pattinson supposedly adds.

Bel Ami is an adaptation of French writer Guy de Maupassant’s novel, in which Georges Duroy (Pattinson) is a social climbing journalist and playboy. As Gossip Cop confirmed last month, Christina Ricci has also signed on to the project.

Gossip Cop was told by a source close to Pattinson that the Daily Record interview is a “fabrication.”

The source adds, Pattinson “never spoke to the [Scottish] Daily Record.”

'Twilight' Lawsuit - That's Our Moonlit Forest!

http://www.blogcdn.com/www.tmz.com/media/2010/02/020810_twilight_excl.jpg

Find a successful movie and TMZ will find a corresponding lawsuit alleging a shameless ripoff. Case in point - "Twilight."

Summit Entertainment, which owns the trademark to the stylized TWILIGHT trademark, is suing a company that is selling a "Twilight" DVD.

Here's the short story. Summit is releasing a "Twilight" documentary on DVD next month to correspond with the DVD release of "New Moon." The documentary cover features the title, "Twilight in Forks: The Saga of the Real Town," along with an image of a moonlit forest of trees. The back cover features photos of Bella's truck and the "Welcome" sign in Forks, Washington.

Summit claims the defendant, Topics Entertainment, sent copies of a flyer to Best Buy, Sam's Club and Target, advertising its own documentary titled, "Forks: Bitten by Twilight." Summit claims the art on the cover is very similar to the trademarked art and therefore deceptive.

Summit wants to put a quick end to the Topics documentary, asking a judge for an injunction and all sorts of damages.

Anna Kendrick Talks About Her And Jessica's Future After 'Eclipse'

http://hollywoodcrush.mtv.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/020810_anna.jpg

It's no new news that Anna Kendrick had mostly slipped under the radar in Hollywood for nearly half her adult life. Before she stole all her scenes in both "Twilight" and "New Moon" and garnered an Oscar nomination for her role in "Up in the Air," Anna was the third youngest Tony nominee ever and made a name for her quirky humor in "Rocket Science."

But it's what's going on after her success that is what is interesting. Jason Reitman wrote the role of Natalie specifically for Anna in "Up in the Air" and, though she still auditioned for the role, it really was hers to start with. She admitted in a new interview with Reuters that she's been too caught up in "Up in the Air" and awards season to focus on work, but she is still deservedly receiving some A-list job opportunities.

Last summer, Anna was offered a role in an untitled Seth Rogen and James McAvoy comedy for Mandate Pictures, which starts shooting later this month. Mandate gave her the part without even an audition.

"I'm not a really good auditioner, so it took a lot of the load off me," she told Reuters.

It also should take a stressful load off her shoulders about whether she is a hot commodity in Hollywood. She was recently chosen chosen by Vanity Fair as one of the hot young actresses to keep an eye out for.

With so much buzz surrounding her now, it's hard not to see Anna feeling a little unloved by the "Twilight" crowd. Not only did they say she was the "Twilight" actor least likely to win an Oscar (choosing Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson over her, despite her Oscar buzz and now nomination), but her character Jessica Stanley doesn't have much shelf life beyond the third film, "Eclipse."

"I honestly feel like Jessica is one of those characters that if she wasn't in the movie, nobody would miss her," she said. "At the same time, I feel a certain affection for the films so if they ask me, I would love to. I don't have my fingers crossed either way."

She added, "I've been really lucky to not be defined completely by that series."

And yet, in spite of all that, I remember being at Comic-Con in 2008 when "Twilight" first debuted the entire cast and, despite the fact she was not on the panel, hearing a buzz around the exhibit hall floor that the girl who played Jessica was near the "Twilight" booth. Though Anna was not well known by mainstream audiences before "Twilight" and "Up in the Air," she was at least beloved by "Twi"-hards for just being a part of the film.

Robert Pattinson's Daily Record Interview - complete fabrication!

Thanks to GossipCop and their investigations we can reveal that the Daily Record 'interview' posted earlier today was in fact a non-interview...

Eclipse Music Poll based on Stephenie Meyer’s Playlist!!

Twi Lexicon decided to take a look at what Stephenie used to inspire her writing and posted the following.
I must admit this is one of my favorite playlists that she created. I can see the progression of the book through the song choices and I just love it! So as always there is a poll for everyone to tell us which song they think most represents Eclipse off of Stephenie’s playlist (click the songs titles to refresh your memory). And just for good conversation, which song do think best represents the ending?? Stephenie has 5 listed because she couldn’t decide can you? Let us know in the comments.

Now for my picks, and this was not easy!! These are in no particular order.

The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot-Brand New, is by far one of my favorites. I am pretty sure it is a Jacob song and I do have a soft spot for him. It just represents the feel of him giving it all up, the pack, Bella.

And if it makes you less sad
I’ll take your pictures all down
Every picture you paint
I will paint myself out

Mr. Brightside-The Killers, ahh jealousy! This song could be for either Jacob or Edward although my vote is it is an Edward song. There are so many moments of doubt that this song covers and it was interesting to waht that play out in the book. I am hoping for the same in the Movie!

Jealousy turning saints into the sea
swimming through sick lullabies
Choking on your alibi
But it’s just the price I pay
Destiny is calling me

Hysteria-Muse. I really just love this song and it reminds me of craziness that each of the characters goes through.

And I want you now
I want you now
I’ll feel my heart implode
And I’m breaking out
Escaping now
Feeling my faith erode

~BME

Mexican Standoff- Elbow

Hamburg Song- Keane

Clocks-Coldplay

The Small Print- Muse

Stab My Back-All American Rejects

Overweight-Blue October (this is NOT the edited version, I couldn’t find it but if you can send it to me!)

Mr. Brightside- The Killers

Newborn-Muse

Love Me Like You- The Magic Numbers

Vindicated- Dashboard Confessional

Hysteria- Muse

Uninvited- Alanis Morissette

Yes Please-Muse

Infra Red- Placebo

The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot- Brand New

Luv-Travis

Blackout-Muse

It’s a Disaster- OK GO

The next five songs represent the end which one do you think works best??

This is How I Disappear- My Chemical Romance

Sleep- My Chemical Romance

Falling Away with You – Muse

Accident & Emergency- Patrick Wolf

The Well and the Lighthouse- Arcade Fire
